In the late 1990’s P.E.T.S. recognized the need for a global footprint. So, in 2000 P.E.T.S. opened its first international office in Manchester, England and a sales center in France. These satellite posts are utilized by most of our European customers for service and manufacturing support.
In 2003, P.E.T.S. announced they would support the Asian market and swiftly opened a complete design, engineering and manufacturing facility in China’s southern region of Guangdong Province. Since opening this office in Shenzhen, China, sales have doubled each and every year, and volumes are projected to grow at the same rate in 2017.
Most recently P.E.T.S. established a sales and service center in Saltillo, Mexico. From here they are able to assist customers and their customers, with the much needed hot runner expertise, every molder requires.
Customer service as well as quality systems, have always been the top priority at P.E.T.S. As a company, they have been committed to their customer’s goals and deadlines. Strategic partnerships with other valuable resources in additional countries has allowed P.E.T.S. to provide engineering, service and support to mold makers around the globe.
